Visibility measures how often your brand appears in the answers you track. It is one part of AI Perception. You also need to examine whether the facts are right, how your brand is described and whether it is recommended for the needs in the question.

A claim is a statement in an AI response, such as a description of a product’s ease of use. A narrative groups related claims into a theme. Onsomble connects those claims with the brands, sentiment, original quotes and cited sources attached to them.

Yes. Read the original answers and follow their cited sources to investigate descriptions that seem wrong or incomplete. You decide whether a claim is accurate; an AI statement or citation alone is not proof.
