MCP use case · Recurring monitoring · Claude

Keep your AI visibility monitoring running
with Claude.

Set up recurring AI visibility scans through your assistant. Agree on a cadence, review the scan allowance and let Onsomble collect fresh answers for your next comparison.

Step-by-step guide

Choose when Onsomble scans your site

Before you start: Connect Onsomble and choose a configured site. Have your preferred scan frequency and time zone ready.

  1. Review the current scan configuration, schedule and next run with your assistant.
  2. Choose a frequency and time zone. Check the allowance for each run and the expected recurring usage.
  3. Approve the schedule, then ask your assistant to confirm the saved frequency, whether it is enabled and the next run in your time zone.
  4. Ask how to pause or change the schedule. When you return, compare completed scans with matching coverage.

What you’ll have: A saved scan schedule for ongoing monitoring. Arrange report creation, delivery and reminders separately.

Onsomble workflow
You: I want to track Davanti every week using the scan we’ve already built. Review the current schedule and show me what would change before enabling it. Use Auckland time.
Claude:

Davanti is currently set to one-off scans, with scheduling disabled. Here’s the proposed change:

Cadence
One-off → Weekly
Scheduling
Disabled → Enabled after approval
Time zone to use
Pacific/Auckland
Coverage
Existing prompts · NZ + Australia
AI models
ChatGPT + Google AI Summaries

The scan you configured has 58 prompt-and-region combinations across two models: 116 planned executions per run. Four weekly runs would use 464 executions; five would use 580, before any extra scans or changes to coverage.

I’ll need to confirm the available allowance before we enable that commitment. Once you approve and the schedule is saved, I’ll read back the frequency, enabled status and next run, displayed in Auckland time.

Try this prompt

Connect your Onsomble account and choose a site with its scan configured. Replace the brand, preferred cadence and time zone below.

Help me set up recurring AI visibility monitoring for [brand / website] in Onsomble. Review the saved scan configuration, existing frequency, enabled status and next run before changing anything. I’d like [daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly] scans using [IANA time zone, e.g. Pacific/Auckland]. Explain the coverage and estimated executions per run, then the recurring usage for the proposed cadence. Check any account limits you can verify; if allowance information is unavailable, ask me for it rather than assuming the schedule fits. Show me the proposed change and wait for my approval before enabling or increasing the schedule. Keep the existing prompts, models and markets. After approval, save the schedule and read back its frequency, enabled status and next run, converting that timestamp to my time zone. If it cannot be saved, explain the reason and the current saved state. Explain how I can pause or change the schedule. When I return to review results, use completed scans with comparable coverage. Treat report creation, delivery and reminders as separate steps; scheduling scans alone should not promise them.

What you can do

Fresh scan results, ready for your next review.

Explore Onsomble MCP

A first scan shows where your brand stands. Recurring monitoring gives you fresh results to compare as your content, competitors and AI answers change. Ask your assistant to review the current schedule and help you choose daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly scans around how often you need to review performance.

Each scheduled run uses scan allowance based on the prompts, regions and AI models in your setup. Review the recurring usage before enabling or increasing the frequency. Once you approve, your assistant can save the schedule in Onsomble and read back the next run. You can also ask it to pause monitoring or change the cadence as your needs change.

Onsomble runs the scheduled scans without you starting each one in chat. When you return, ask your assistant to compare completed results, check competitor movements or prepare a client report. Keep the scope consistent when comparing scans. Automatically writing or sending a report requires a separate workflow in your assistant or automation tools.
